Recommandé par mon praticien, efficacité très moyenne pour mon cas après ce 3ème mois de prise. Bouffées intenses toujours présentes et récurrentes même si légèrement moins nombreuses.

Produit qui répond à mes attentes. Après plusieurs semaines d'utilisation, je ressens un certain équilibre d'avant ma ménopause : bouffées de chaleur inexistantes, retour à mon poids idéal, humeur stable. Le tarif est un peu élevé mais produit de qualité.
