Tips en aanbelingen

1 capsule per dag, bij voorkeur ’s morgens of ’s middags in te nemen vóór de maaltijden, met een glas water.

Très efficace. Je gonflais du ventre dès que je mangeais. Depuis que j’ai commencé à prendre ces pro biotiques, j ai le ventre moins gonflé après la digestion. Je vais me refaire une cure d’un mois. Je ne fais pas par contre si on peut faire une cure de probiotiques en continue sur 3/4 mois ?
